Ministry of Trade (Sunday, May 3, 2009)
The Ministry of Trade will be in charge of helping all nations in the GIA, become economically powerful assuming nations wish to become economically powerful. Their roles shall be the following:
1) The Ministry shall be made up of the one Minister, chosen by the chairmen of the other committees. Anyone apart from a Chairman, or the President or Vice–President may be a candidate. Any non–chairmen member of any committee, or a regular voter nation may be chosen by the Cabinet.
2) This process shall occur after every election, regardless of wether or not the victorious candidate was an incumbent, every month from the 2nd–4th, a meeting of the other chairmen shall occur.
3) Once the Minister is chosen, said nation shall select 2–4 nations to become the under ministers. These nominees shall be confirmed as usual by the appointment cabinet.
4) Once they are chosen and confirmed, their job shall be to collect all of the exports nations of the GIA. They shall keep this list in tact. Whenever a new nation joins, they need to collect all of said nations info.
