This is the official nominating thread of the GIA's political parties.

To be sanctioned from the cabinet, your Party should meet the following criteria:


A platform or charter that your Party represents
Independently written by the founding member(s) of the Party. NO stealing!!!
At least 3 members should join during limbo period while waiting for sanctioning(number may be changed later)


Let me know if you think anything else should be added.

The Constitution of the Social Democratic Party

The foundation of our party is built on the voices of the many, not the self–serving opinions of the few. From this foundation, our pillars of nation involvement, economic growth, diplomacy, organized and effective government can be erected. Our party, our alliance, our pillars, our foundation, can and will lead to a stable and peaceful world, a shining beacon for all in the dark and stormy waters of Nation States.

We are a party not afraid of the outside world. While some nations talk of preparing for war we shall talk about branching out to shake hands with fledgling alliances. The PAPA is a central part of our philosophy in this regard. Generally we are to be opposed to any war we see as unjust even if we are involved (i.e. a nation attacks us and another GIA member attacks them or another member of their alliance out of retaliation, we should not support that action rather seek a peaceful end). Yet we do understand that after all diplomacy has failed then we may be required to use force in dire situations. We should always extend an open hand rather than a closed fist, and forever be willing to listen and talk to nations about their problems with our alliance and what we are doing. If these nations choose not to listen and would instead rather fight, then we have no other option but to go to war. But we should not be going to war with the hopes of conquering these new nations; rather we should continue to have open diplomatic channels on how to end the war as soon as possible. War benefits none, but hurts all. Throughout the conflict we would try to keep diplomacy ongoing. Once the war is over, it would be our policy to help nations we have defeated in war to rebuild and possibly integrate them into the GIA if they reform. We shall be an advocate of diplomacy and always go forward with the olive branch before the gun. Diplomacy above all else is a good motto to follow in this regard. We believe that this affords us an opportunity to express to the World of 112 that you do not need war to succeed, rather, it is much more beneficial to work together. The “real world” has thrived on the globalization of the markets, and we would be promoting the same type of ideology. Through this policy and the PAPA we shall be an example to World 112 within the example that we will make the GIA.

We, as a Party, shall always aid the voiceless in our Alliance. We shall promote the opinions of the masses, not just the senior members. We want to cater to the many not the few. We shall focus on nation involvement, organized government which is effective considering the aforementioned.

Economically we shall seek to do the best for all, the general consensus is that through the PAPA we can hope to expand markets on a much more global level. With more people working in unison, GDP’s will continue to go up and nations will become more prosperous because of peace and unity. We shall continue what is already being done in regards to economic surveys and gathering of information in order to try and fill everyone’s needs. We will also be committed to aiding primarily those with the smallest economies to grow, not the largest to become even larger. We are the party of the people.

Thus are the beliefs of we, the founders of the Social Democrats.




Above is our constitution, we are looking for some senior members to join us. If you are interested please message either Gracania or Collective Believers, the founders of the SDP. We may seek to ask you some questions to test your viability but do not be deterred. We are looking for members to the left of the political spectrum who wish to make a change to this Alliance for the better.

If you wish to join send a message to a senior member of the party (i.e. Gracania or Collective Believers) with some information about why you want to join and your expertise. You shall then receive some more information to reply to and together the senior party members shall decide whether to accept you.

CONSTITUTION OF THE PROGRESSIVE MODERATE PARTY

We, as the Progressive-Moderate Party, believe in freedom. We believe in the freedom of all nations, their independent sovereignty, and their right to rule how they wish to rule. Nations of the PMP believe in civil rights, and believe that all people are entitled to life, liberty, and property. But in separate nations working together in the PMP, we believe that the leadership of other nations should not affect those of others. We think Nations should be free to choose whatever path they wish to take, as long as it does not impeded upon the rights of other nations.

We will support the weak nations against the strong, providing that they are not the aggressors in any conflict. We will come to the support of Allied Nations under unjust attack, and take retaliatory action against nations that continue to be unwarrantedly belligerent.

We shall not discriminate against nations because of their beliefs or ideology, and we shall look at all proposals before making a decision on any particular issue. We will aspire to assist other nations continue on towards the future, and help them modernise and integrate within the global economy.
