Alright this is the official, Allied Nations thread.



Where we discuss international problems and other things.

First thing's first, we need to elect our first Secretariat!!!


I'm going to go ahead and nominate myself for the first time.

And also, purpose the first AN resolution, Resolution 0001: Secretariat Term Limits. I say that the Secretariat is limited to one term at a time, but after an intermittent term, may run again.

I will announce my candidacy as the first Secretariat of the Allied Nations!!!

It was his idea in the first place. And he wrote the charter. So yup!

Alright, with no one stepping up to challenge my nomination as the first Secretariat of the Allied Nations, I'm going to start putting the committees together.

Currently I only have two nations chosen and I hope that they agree to join.

On the Regulatory Council, I've chosen the nation of Phenosia as one, and on the Peacekeeping Committee I've chosen Collective Believers as one.

Due to the small numbers in players thus far, I'm only going to have 2 nations in each committee and council. If anyone would like to put their name into consideration for one of the last two positions, please send me a message.

Alright, my last two choices are the United Socialist States of Nasha's Domain as the next position on the Peacekeeping Committee and Jen'ari as the other nation on the regulatory committee.

Now I think we need our first resolution to be involved with the GCR, Gracanian Colony of Ricolo, we need to stabilize the country, to allow Gracania to focus on rebuilding the country rather than keeping the peace. I call into session, the first meeting of the General Assembly of the Allied Nations, along with all committees and councils and the Secretariat!

Very well. I do think that Gracania acted a bit extream in this case and should have brought it up here first however that is done. What we can do is stabalize the country as quick as possible. But once the country is stable i think it would be better if Gracania withdrew from it.

Nasha, why don't you work with your committee partner Collective and try and figure out how the AN can best take control of the country and establish an era of peace.

Yes, then announce what kinds of materials and industries should be used, and I will pick the nations to aid you.


Give a full plan though as we need full understanding of what we are getting ourselves into.

He said around 10:30 in a message to me earlier. And he lives on the east coast. So for me, that means around 3:30, and for you that means around 6:30.

Alright then. We will work on this as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Our primary focus in the GCR is working on hospitals, schools, agriculture and an outdated infasteucture. We are currently asking for experts in these areas to be sent by the AN.

Does the Peacekeeping Committee have a plan of action in Ricolo yet?

Collective is writing it up i believe but we have one yes. I just need to look over the final copy when he gets on.

It is the purpose of the Allied Nations to aide any nation who publicly seeks help; whether it is economic or military. If a nation should seek the help of the Allied Nations it must be conducted in the following manner:
1) They must publicly state the reason they seek assistance
2) Publicly state what assistance they require, broke down economically and/or militarily
Once the Allied Nations has heard the claims of said nation, the Security Committee will deliberate on the matter. They may decide to help the nation with their full request or some proportionate amount. They will then pass their decision along to the Secretariat who will have the final decision on the matter. The Secretariat may seek council from his/her committees before making a final decision, but this is not required.
No member nation of the Allied Nations shall acquire or colonize any independent nation without risk of condemning repercussions. Acting without the consent of the Allied Nations will be seen as a violation of International Law and punishments will be dealt with in the following manner:
1) A nation acting on it’s own, will face the prospect of economic embargos
2) A nation may, in the event of extreme misconduct, be expelled indefinitely from the Allied Nations

I believe it is time to act. The AN is setup to prevent such problems from arising, so this must be handled by us. I am authorizing a limited military action by the AN into the Divided Nation of Serville. The DNS is how we shall refer to it until it is shown to be otherwise.


So an AN military operation shall be used to move into the DNS and take control and establish some sort of peace in the country to protect its citizens until one group rises to power and become the legitimate government of Serville.

The Federation of New Roosevelt has donated 100,000 troops for the operation, The Allied States of Phenosia has agreed to send 250,000 troops, The Great Bison Republic has agreed to send 250,000 as well. And the United Socialist States of Nasha's Domain has agreed to send 900,000 troops into the operation. The Operation shall henceforth be referred to as, Operation: Single Shield.

Alright, with that said, as Secretariat, I officially announce, Operation: Single Shield is in effect. Good luck to us all!

Also, Operation: Single Shield shall be launching in a matter of moments from the southern tip of Nasha's Domain...




Look at the top left of the map, you'll see the yellow tip of Nasha's Domain. That is where the force shall be launched from.

This is a good plan. We need the country under control and it should be the AN's job above anyone elses. I am glad this course of action is being taken.

Very well, now we need a continuation strategy. We were successful in our landing operation....



The Dark Blue up in the northwestern part of the country is now the AN controlled territory.

Should we create a barrier sea wall? Should we drive into the heart of the DNS unite the old federal government and try and get them back on their feet? Or take over the entire country and control the country and wait for free elections to become a possibility?

We should take the area right next to Gracania so that they no longer have to worry about the threat.

Alright, how about we move into that area next to Gracania, directly south of the AN forces, then knock out the communists, then move towards the remnants of the old federal government.
