Alright, in any event, I'll message you all of your nations stats and interests on both your NS2 account, and then the offsite forum account.

This move by the independant nation of Dijolo is unacceptable. As such The United Socialist States of Nasha's Domain will move to take this oil supply. This is not for the good of only Nasha's Domain but for the rest of the world as well! That is because the Independant Nation of Dijolo will clearly charge inflated prices on this oil. The only thing they care about is profit and therefore Nasha's Domain will take this oil in order to allow nations that truely need oil to be able to afford it.

Ask the international community for help in the matter. This is unfair for the U.S.S. of Nasha's Domain to attempt to seize control of OUR oil. It is not right! It is OURS!

We The U.S.S of Nasha's Domain take this oil not because we wish to have it for ourselves and only for our profits but because we as a country do not want to see our fellow countries have to pay someone three times or four times what this is worth. The I.N.D. intends to sell this oil at an extreamly inflated price and therefore should not posess it. They only wish to make money off of nations that need this oil to survive. In order to prevent this from happening the U.S.S. of Nasha's Domain will take the oil in order to insure that everyone can get what they need without paying outrageous prices.

We, the people's republic of Gracania seek a peaceful resolution to this issue. While we understand the USSND's concerns about price inflation but at the same time we want to protect the I.N.D's sovereign rights. The I.N.D must be allowed to do with the oil as they see fit, it is their resource in their territory so we have no right to seize it even it is for the best. Any aggressive seizure of the oil by a foreign power will be seen by Gracania as unlawful. On the other hand a debate must begin on the nationalizing of the company. Ultimately it is the I.N.D's decision but Gracania implores them to enter talks to resolve the crisis and avert the USSND's fears.

Overall in the region talks on oil pricing should begin. It is the held position of Gracania that oil prices ought to be high, but that large profit should not go to the oil companies but to averting climate change. High oil prices are the only way to discourage people from using crude oil based fuels.

Negotiations get no where when dealing with a nation such as this. It has been shown many times over history. A nation such as my own either has to seize this oil or overthrow the leader of the I.N.D. in order for progress to be made. Any negotiations made by this nation will always end without an agreement being reached.

I have created the accounts, RPA official, and RPA player.

I have done this because New Roosevelt is also a player of the game. Ergo, I don't want to confuse everyone with me saying different things.


Henceforth, the RPA official shall give the issues. That's about it. And the RPA player will play for the Independent nations. While I as New Roosevelt will simply play as my nation. Make sense?

We thank the People's Republic of Gracania for demonstrating their willingness to preserve our sovereign right as an INDEPENDENT nation. We have mobilized our military for invasion from the USSND and have placed our navy on high alert.

If ANY attempt it made by the USSND to obtain OUR oil, on our SOVEREIGN land, it shall be considered an act of war, and we shall make no efforts to amend the situation after such an act has occurred.

Second Issue coming in.

Issue #1 was: Off of the coast of the Independent Nation of Dijolo, a massive supply of oil was found by a small drilling company. The I.N.D. currently suffering from an economic recession moved to nationalize the company...

Issue #2 is: With the international community divided on the I.N.D.'s nationalization of the oil company, the team the discovered the oil has declared its own independence from the I.N.D.!!! They have formed the Corporate State of Katari. A company run nation, and have asked several nations for diplomatic recognition.

This is a world peace issue

The U.S.S of Nasha's Domain will recognize this new nation and swear to defend it if the I.N.D. Declairs war to retake it. The C.S.K. is a recognized nation in the eyes of the U.S.S of Nasha's Domain.

I, Mr. Gregory Molisanti, the first CEO, Commander and Executive Officer, of the Corporate State of Katari, thank the USSND for their recognition of our sovereign nation.


We promise to not interfere with the oil prices that we have, and are willing to begin trade immediately with any nation that diplomatically recognizes the C.S.K. We ask however, that in order to secure your delivery, that you send armed forces to properly secure your oil. Our population, as of the time of our declaration of independence, was just above 3,000,000. Compared to the nation that sits before us in the I.N.D. which has 65,000,000 citizens!

Please, we ask the rest of the international community for aid!
