NATO vs. Warsaw, New Roosevelt vs. Gracania

Alright, this is the first ever NATO vs. Warsaw role playing strategy game the GIA have ever done. We will be following the rules posted in the topic, "Rules of NATO vs. Warsaw."

This will be the map for all NATO vs. Warsaw games. Please look at the instructions in the previously mentioned topic for rules and regulations of the game...

Alright, Gracania, just as a tester, because I didn't want to put this in the rules, how about we have a max of spending and diplomacy to 10 nations per round? If you don't like it fine, but for the first round at least I ask that you do that, as I will be doing that.

I am going to spend 5,000,000 a piece on Spain, Ireland, Mexico, Brazil, Japan, India, Pakistan, Israel, China, South Africa.

I lost in South Vietnam, South Korea, South Africa, and Pakistan.

N.B. I have added a Cold War die for this game

Alright, to make it clear. To buy a nation is the only way to incorporate them into NATO or Warsaw. BUT you can only buy them if the likely success % rate is above 75%. So for China, my propaganda was successful, so the scale tipped NATO - 45, Warsaw - 55%. So now, in order for you to win there, you must use propaganda and politics(thinking about changing name) to get it up to 75%. THEN you buy it. Does that make sense?

I understood that part, what I did not know was how much I had to spend on say N.Vietnam who are above 75%

Alright, well, I need to figure the whole money thing out. For now, there is no spent amount. It's just buying. I'll do some brainstorming for future games. That's why this is a test-run.

For now just buy nations above 75% success rate! So that means you can't buy China. But I think the others are Ok, not positive about Nicaragua. But look back over, and check those out, then you can re-do it.
