GIA-ICN Alliance Empty GIA-ICN Alliance

Guys, as the VP, I just made an executive alliance with the ICN. For those of you who don't know, the ICN is the largest alliance in NS2, numbering at about 600+. ICN stands for Imperial Confederation of Nations. And working hand in hand with them will greatly help us, for when NS2 gets turned back on, we can work with them to build our numbers back up.
