Limitations of Committee Members (Passed Apr 20 2009)
Limitations of Committee Members
1) All Nations who are promoted to a Committee or Cabinet level position are limited to only one occupancy at one time. A nation may resign from one post to take a new position, but they are only allowed to occupy one position.
2) Chair members of committees must be appointed by the President and then approved by the Appointment Committee. Upon approval from the Appointment Committee, said Chair member will then be allowed to appoint the rest of the committee to his/her liking, however, they must abide by the predescribed laws for each specific committee and its appropriate amendments.
3) If there are no active members on a committee than an active member of another committee can temporarily reside at two posts until more active members have claimed interest to the vacant committee. Once this has occurred the temporary committee member must either resign from the temporary post or resign from his/her former post to fulfill the requirements listed in Section 1.
