Census for voting rights Empty Census for voting rights

This is something an alliance that corresponds with my world 99 nation does.

It is a checkin every month. All nations must simply respond, "Aye." This is to make sure that nations "register" sort of speak to vote. To vote, every month, they must simply go to the Census section, and in a marked thread for the current month, say, "Aye."

Not to complicated right? This is more a tactical move to ensure we can keep members on the forum! What a Face

I'm not sure about this. What if someone was offline because of computer problems or was new and wanted to vote but had not been able to register?

It is really quite simple. If they are signed on, why would they not be able to register in the census?

I'm not sure if Britain has a voting resitration policy, but this would essentially be it.

Ah, for a moment I thought you were suggesting that you could only apply for a certain period of time. However I do not think voting should be disallowed in all cases if you have not registered.

Yes, for President it should be left alone.

This is more for laws.
